ASUS M3A78-CM BIOS settings get reset to default after power cut or power off....

I repaired my mobo because of no display and now it does not save the settings of bios. I have replaced the battery (cell) but still the same problem. Please someone help me. What should I do ?

Since CMOS battery is not to blame, check you haven't accidentally pulled off the CMOS jumper next to it.
