So i have a PC with a motherboard that isn't sli compatible, so i have to upgrade that, but i have got a GTX 770, and a CX600m and all the other stuff. Is this psu sufficient for another gtx 770? I know what they want you to buy, but without any OC'ing? is it ok or not?

No. You would need four 6-pin PCIe power connectors, the Corsair CX600M only has two of them. And the wattage and 12V amperage are also on the low side for a pair of GTX 770s.

Actually, if you have four spare molex connectors on your power supply that you're not using, some companies will send you molex-to-pin adapters. (takes two molex slots for one pin input)
so you'll end up having enough. You're probably using the 8 pin from the PSU on your CPU
giving you the remaining two 6-pins (powering one 770)
then with those two molex-to-pin adapters, you'll use all your molex plugs from your PSU and gain an addition two 6-pins, which will power your second 770.

however, obviously, I would recommend getting a PSU with more specific connectors and a better wattage output
