Screws should be OK they are strong enough! and radiators are not too heavy!

Ya the screws would be fine but why would you want to blow the hot air into the case?

i think is better to take air from outside of your case

No its not better because hot air raises and it will heat your rad again also hot air will heat your chiset and CPU VRMs

Your better off pushing the hot air out the top of your case. If you were front mounting perhaps sucking in is OK because you could blow it out the top. But top mount, blow it out..

You can push or pull through a radiator, but if you put the fans under it you will have much less noise also.

I have an H100i mounted on the top of my case blowing outward. The screws will be fine holding the fans and radiator as you describe.
