i'm going to build a pc, can someone please confirm if these componets are capable for my demands: I want to game at 1080p with atleast 60fps in any FPS game. it doesnt have to be maximum settings. And I want that windows will always run smooth, no lag no stutter. even after a few years. I had many pc's that slowed down after couple years, I don't want that to happen to this pc. I'm not planning on overclocking,

AMD fx-8350
GTX 760
AsRock 970 extreme 3
8gb ddr3 1600MhZ
120gb SSD (kingston v300)

will the Corsair H60 watercooling fit in the CM Silencio 452 case?

Don't know about cooling and case but its enough to get an air cooler. Good build. I too run 8320 and 760 it maxes out every game at ultra settings. My 8320 runs at 4 ghz without any voltage change. Better get an 8320 over 8350 because both are identical except in clock speeds. U can easily overclock it. Have Fun.
