Is there a lot of difference(performance wise) between these two processors?

The price difference is £40/$66

Assuming you will be pairing the CPUs with their respective boards, yes the i5-3570k is a whole boat loads faster. This is because it is overclockable. The 3330 is not. If you do not intend on overclocking, then the 3330 will do just fine.

Planning on OC? Buy the 3570k (or 4670k). Also, take into account that you will need an aftermarket cooler which will cost you about another 35$. Also, the motherboards for OC (the z87 line is very good for OC) is more expensive than for example the H87 line which won't be that good for OC'ing and would match up fine with the i5 3330.

Not going for the OC could save you a lot of money (about 80$+ in your case), now it is your choice to decide what you like best =). (I prefer OC'ing personally).
