Hello friends, I need your adivce in choosing best CPU cooler.

Which one of them is good for me and reason, because i need to know this stuff.

1. Fan size : 92 mm Diameter Fan
Fan Speed : 800 - 2800 RPM
Fan AirFlow :15.7 - 54.8 CFM

2. Fan size : 120 mm Diameter Fan
Fan Speed : 600 - 1800 RPM Fan Speed
Fan AirFlow : 24 - 70 CFM

3. Fan size : 120 mm Diameter Fan
Fan Speed : 1,000~2,000 RPM+/- 10%
Fan AirFlow : 90.65 CFM (Max)

I am using Intel Core2Duo E7500 2.93 Ghz processor(no overclocking). Help me in choosing the best one for me whether it makes noice or not it does not matters to me, i only need best cooling for my CPU.
Stock fan is crap idle temp is 50*c and on full load within 30 to 50 seconds it crosses 75+*c and sometime over 80*c too but i am surprised my system never shudown it keeps on running :O. I am totally fedup and frusted with this stock fan.

Please help me.

Solution
E7500 isn't exactly a hot cpu, a coolermaster hyper tx3 is sufficient. I gave my mother my old E8190 with an even older Thermaltake 90mm cooler and it does just fine. I actually ran it passively for awhile when I used it.

Hallo, look if you really want go with your third option, but in my opinion depending on what cooler it is it is overkill, in my old rig which I just checked now with HWMONITOR stays under 38c core temp on both cores with a cheap coolermaster blizzard t2 cooler 80mm fan 2200rpm and I have a e8400 core 2 duo wolfdale cpu in a small thermaltake case so depending on the coolers you mentioned which im assuming is a bit pricey since the last 2 options are of coolers of 20dollars plus but the blizzard t2 is around 12-18dollars not sure prices inc and decrease so much nowadays hope it helps.
