hy i have gigabyte gap35ds3l and bios version f7 and when i update to f8 or f9 my cpu fan always run at highest speed.when i changed back to f7 it is normal.
Bios smart fan controll is enabled and it need to be.
what is the problem?????
Reset CMOS, flash to latest version, clean CPU fan and heatsink, apply Arctic Silver 5, and boot the computer.
No need to replace the heat paste. According to the OP, the issue occurs when the latest BIOS version is loaded, but it doesn't occur with an older version.
