Im looking to build an low budget build. Primarily because im on a student budget, and already have a ps4. Im just looking to play my PC games in my library. Im aiming to play 1080p at 60fps. Whether that being Med-Ultra.

Parts ive picked so far:

    GIGABYTE R9 270 (Is GIGABYTE a good OC'r?)
    AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) AM3+ 95W 6-Core
    HyperX Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
    ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD
Xigmatek CCM-35ABX-U01 (Recon) Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Case

I also have a USB DVD drive, 2.5 SATA laptop HDD, and a windows 7 disk so i dont have to buy those.

    What are your recommendations?
Is it all compatible with the Motherboard?
Does NVIDIA have a similar price/performance card?
How much of a PSU do I need If I plan on overclocking these components?
What kind of performance can I expect in games like BF3 and BF4?

Thanks

You need the PSU has 500-550W 80 plus good brand like Seasonic, XFX, Antec, and Corsair. Also even the Corsair CX one is OK too because the r9-270 is not the power hungry gpu. http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

Here is one of review, http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-750-ti-... the GPU will have similar performance for both BF3 or BF4.

Also you may consider the ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 AM3+ or GA-78LMT-USB3 for your PC.

500 to 600w . . xfx str 550 is good . or if pushing more further so 650w . enough . . gigabyte cards are factory overclocked to a certain level . . asus msi or gigabyte . all are good for OC .

Thanks for the reply, Im probably going to go with the ASUS motherboard you listed.
Ive considered the 750 ti but the performances isnt enough for me.
What do you think my best choose is in the 200$ range?
Graphics cards seemed to increase since I last checked.
