Im looking to build an low budget build. Primarily because im on a student budget, and already have a ps4. Im just looking to play my PC games in my library. Im aiming to play 1080p at 60fps. Whether that being Med-Ultra.

I also have a USB DVD drive, 2.5 SATA laptop HDD, and a windows 7 disk so i dont have to buy those.
