Random freezing/reboot issue every few hours

Hey, guys. I'm at the end of my rope here. I've had a custom-built gaming rig for about four years that I've constantly been upgrading.

Recently I've started having an issue where the computer either freezes or reboots after about two hours. There are no BSODs, no good information in Event Logs (other than "Hey, your computer reboot!"), and no consistent cause. The freeze/reboot will happen consistently whether I'm playing a game, web browsing, or if you leave it sitting idle for a while.

Here's the specs:
Asus P8768 Deluxe/Gen 3 Mobo
Intel Quad Core i7, 2600k processor
8gb G.Skill RAM
OWC 128gb SSD (Windows installed here)
Samsung 1tb HHD
EVGA Nvidia GTX 770, 4gb graphics card
Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1000w PSU

Recent upgrades to the PC have been the addition of a GTX 770 graphics card (upgraded from 2 470s in SLI) and a new fan/heatsink on the processor. The 770 has been working great, games run well and look amazing. I can't tie the issue down to gaming. Doesn't seem to be an issue. The 770 isn't overheating...staying safely under 75C under max load. Usually idles in the 30s-40s. My processors is also running cool. Staying in the 30Cs idle, 40-50Cs under load. Nothing temperature-wise is alarming me.

Ran Memtest for several hours, with no conclusion.

My next thought was power supply. One time during these freezes my USB keyboard lost power, and once on a reboot the keyboard didn't come back on. Checked voltages and they're all in the safe 5% range, but there could still be an issue here.

Did a fresh install (Formatted and reinstalled on SSD) of Windows 8.1 and the problem still persists, so that mostly rules out software. I'd been wanting to do a fresh install anyway, just not under these circumstances.

I've troubleshooted my heart out and I'm coming up blank. I'm feeling a PSU issue or SSD failing, but I can't be sure. I don't want to start plunking down more cash to needlessly swap out parts. I've put a lot of time, money, and love into this thing and I'm about to toss it out of the window.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

-Sam

I have just replaced the motherboard with a new ASUS P8Z77-V LK, and the problem is still there. Freezing or rebooting every few hours.

Does anyone have any advice? Help is greatly appreciated. This issue is making me sick.
