Hi, I recently built myself a computer using a new cpu, motherboard, case and ram. My hard drives (2) optical drive and PSU were being reused. I had bought a cheap psu, but it blew up. So I hooked a older dell psu to my motherboard and was forced to use my computer without a case because the power connector was too short.
This is the PSU I used before:

I bought this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182021 brand new and it came in the mail today. After installing the power supply, it was set up like before except I switched around the sata cables in the motherboard ports. I started up my computer and went to test out a game called "Loadout". The game was literally unplayable and it would freeze CONSTANTLY. It was so bad I had to close it out and couldn't play. It never froze when I used my Dell 305 PSU, so why does a newer Rosewill 385W psu struggle really badly? The same thing happens in World of Tanks too.Doing basic things such as OPENING windows explorer, CCC, Chrome or anything like that, takes awfully slow. I checked my rainmeter and the CPU usage and RAM usage was low. I have a A6 5400K Processor that I overclocked to 4.3 and 4GB DDR3 1600 ram. Why is it doing this? I'm on Windows 7 64 Bit.
