Hello,
I was wondering if I could run DayZ Standalone with this build:
GPU: Radeon HD-7870 ghz edition 2GB
CPU: AMD FX-8350
RAM: CORSAIR XMS 8GB
I would like to be able to play on high settings.
Thanks!
P.S. I don't want recommendations on the build, as i already ordered it.

More about : run dayz standalone

You should be able to. If you want to use a good test, play the most graphics-intensive game you can, and see how high you can get the settings. If you can play on High, Very High, or Ultra, you should be fine.

Ok, thanks. What game would you recommend testing this on? would BF4 be suitable?

Its the same game, its DayZ Standalone but its still in alpha. This is the only version of the game other than the Arma 2 mod, which was very unstable, and laggy.

BF4 should be a good comparison. If you have it, try Far Cry 3, Planetside 2, and ETS2. Planetside 2 is free for PCs.
