Okay so whenever I play any game lets say... Battlefield Bad Company 2 before I can even get into a multiplayer server my PC black screens and turns itself back on again, I have already did a furmark test and a memory test and both passed and never shut down my PC. I also recently added a new PSU thinking that it was what was causing it and it wasn't.

Hi,

What your computer configuration and what's you psu.
Do you get that when you play other games ?

Usually you get that problem from weak / defective PSU, overheating or virus.

You should download coretemp (from majorgeeks watch out for crapware and toolbars when installing) and msi afterburner to monitor your temperatures

@Dextermat
I Just put in like 2 hours ago a new 400W mini PSU thinking that the 350W was the problem and almost all games I play it happens (Battlfield bad Company 2 /Wargame Airland Battle/ETC.) And its not overheating because the game shuts down to fast for the heat to get up high enough

Take out that PSU and kill it with fire. It will not handle that configuration.
Buy this

Its full size if you need mini then i'll recomend another one.

If you have any doubts the psu is the problem, Run prime95 maximum heat AND furmark at the same time. Do so at your own risk as the PC might restart, shutdown or in case the psu has no protection you might start a fire in your case.

The only problem is I can only put in Mini PSU's because the way my shell is on my PC and its weird because my PC came with a 350W PSU and IT WORKED for like 8 months before this started happening

But what MAJORLY confuses me is that a 350W was able to do it FOR MONTHS and this 400W cant AT ALL also the first Prime95 did blackscreen my pc the first time

Ok so i was wrong. PSU shouldn't be an issue as long as you didn't have the misfortune to get a bad one. That leaves me with two options. RAM and VRM/MOBO. Do a memtest86 see if it fails or not

If that passes its 99% an overheating issue. So please post motherboard and case exact model.

Since i can't even remember the last time i heard of a cpu failing the only thing thats most likely to be dead is the motherboard. Don't get me wrong, the cpu might have a problem since the motherboard supplied incorrect voltage but i still think the cpu is ok and only the motherboard has problems. I hope you didn;t overclock anything as that might have been the cause in that case.

No nothing has been overclocked everything is still the same as it was (except PSU) and now thinking about it there used to be a LOUD fan that would kick in that i remember and now i have never heard it for awhile now. So now that I think about it i may have a dead fan too...
