I've been trying to find a mITX MB that will allow raising the CPU clock multiplier for an i5-2500K. But I don't want to spend $200+ for a gaming motherboard. Anyone know of a board that will work for under $150?
I've been finding out that even though the MB manual states it has that feature, it won't work. I think the manuals are written for the mATX and ATX boards and just adapted to the mITX boards w/o changing that part. I've tried 2 mITX boards (Asrock H77 and Gigabyte B75). Both of their manuals stated that I could change the multiplier, but both won't allow it in actuality.
