Are there motherboards supporting DDR2 and DDR3 RAM?

My friend has 2 512mb DDR2 sticks of RAM with a clock speed of 800Mhz. I am going to be building a PC for mining cryptocurrency (probably Litecoin/LTC). I won't have much to spend on it. I am trying to keep it as cheap as possible and getting RAM from a friend is one way. However, I have read that DDR2 RAM won't work in motherboards that have a RAM specification such as DDR3 1066/1333/1600. Are there any ATX motherboards that support both DDR2 and DDR3 RAM (4 slots total) and have an AM3+ socket and 6 non PCI expansion slots (3 PCIe x1 and 3 PCI x16 slots or 2 PCIe x16 slots and 4 PCIe x1 slots for example) and a PCI slot for a wireless work adapter? I won't fill all the 6 PCIe expansions right away but I want my Litecoin build to be as expandable as possible while supporting DDR2 and DDR3 RAM if possible.
