AMD Quad-Core A10-Series APU A10-7700K Vs AMD 3.5 GHz AM3+ FX 8320 8 Core Piledriver Processor

Solution
The 8320 has larger L2&3 cache, has a larger number of threads for multi threaded applications and a higher base frequency. The 7700k has a lower base power draw and has integrated graphics. It really depends on what your application is.

If you are pairing the CPU with a GPU then the 8320 is WAY, WAY better. The 7700k is an $75 quad core CPU paired with a nice integrated GPU. The 8320 is about a $145 eight core CPU that doesn't have an iGPU. Its like comparing an i7 to an i3

Prob not, maybe at 720p low-medium

Really. Apu is viable for builds under 400$.
Other than that, No.
Not worth it.
At all
The processors in the Apu is like trash compaired to the real cpu cores from the fx series.
Core count doesnt mean much nowdays..

Those APUs are more designed with small form factor/budget builds in mind, not necessarily for gaming builds. You will always be better off with a dedicated graphics card when building a gaming machine.
