Hello guys! first of all been a long time reader of the website and love it!

I used this website to help me pick out parts for my new computer that A friend and I built as i am not real experienced in computers but an avid gamer.

I have had some recent problems about a month after we built the pc. I started getting the blue screen of death "Whea Uncorrectable Error" it only happened once every few days and i noticed nothing really wrong with the pc so i over looked it. Today i got the BSOD Wea error about 4 times in the span of an hour. I ran error checks on my hdds and checked my drivers which were all up to date. Not to long later my screen began to freeze up. I did a hard shut down and restarted, My desktop loaded right up and then it went to flashing different colors very fast. I did another hard shut down and restart wanting to enter safe mode to troubleshoot but instead of getting to the log in the screen wentto a solid greenish shade. Restarted and it was a different color. I can log into my UEFI from my motherboard just find with nothing wrong but i cannot finish booting up. I thought this would be a graphics problem but i use my onboard graphics from my cpu so would that mean my CPU has messed up? Could we have made a mistake in putting the system together?

My specs are
WIndows 8.1 64bit
Intel I5 4670k
Noctua DH14 cpu cooler
AsRock Z87 Extreme4 motherboard
Corsaire Vengence 2x4gb ram sticks
WD 2TB hdd and 2 WD 320gb hdds

I do not currently have a gpu as im still looking as different ones and to now solve this problem.
Any kind of help is greatly appreciated as my Local tech store wants 150$ to just take a look at the problem. That is why we built this ourselves seeing it wasn't really hard.

Thank in advance for any help!

My psu is the Corsair cx650 and I'll try running the PC with minimal parts tomorrow night when I have time as I have school and work tomorrow.
Also how do I retrieve a "software analysis report"?

Sorry for the late reply had a long weekend at work with a spring sale.

I managed to boot up and I ended up resetting the PC to factory and refreshed my windows. I was as fully start up and everything seemed fine. I started installing my motherboard drivers and after a few were installed the PC restarted. After it pulled back up the driver installer quit responding and froze up. I tried to open task manager thinking I could just end task and restart the software, but task manager froze up and quit responding as well. (I've never seen that happen.) I restarted the PC and got on The internet to see what was the cause and then my PC went black for about a second. When it came back up it was froze and I couldn't do anything.

I decided to just shut the computer off and come here to see what y'all had to say. I'm thinking this is having to do with my windows 8.1 software now...
