So I recently got a bit of money and wondering what CPU I should get ( Mobo RAM included )

This:

Or This:

My budget is £200 but I can go over a little.

Not sure which one since the AMD one from what I can see is the best AMD processor without needing liquid cooling, and I've heard the 3570K is good for gaming.

A few things:
I will be mostly gaming but will be doing other things aswell ( I do lots of photo editing etc. )
I don't really care at all for overclocking
Power consumption isn't a massive deal for me
I want as powerful CPU as possible that's in my budget as I play WoW a lot of the time and apparently the game is heavy on your CPU.

If you can find any better for £200 or slightly over, please let me know

Incase you want my other specs, they are:

Windows 7 64 Bit
GTX 560 Ti Twinfrozr iii
700W PSU

The i5 4570 will outperform the FX8350 95% of the time. That is a terrible motherboard to put a FX8350 on anyway. You won't be able to overclock it to get better performance and the 4570 would still outperform it even if you could. The 4570 is WAY better for gaming especially.

Absolutely not worth £25 more. The 4670k is unlocked for overclocking, but you can't overclock on a H81 motherboard. You would need a MUCH more expensive Z87 motherboard for that AND an aftermarket cooler. That's like £125 more at least. I'm telling you, the 4570 is the sweet spot.
