My max budget is $536 ish...
Please make sure you include the following:

Case: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-case-vl80001w2...

Keyboard: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/microsoft-keyboard-6jh0000...

Network Adapter (I have NO ethernet, and this build has to be portable): http://pcpartpicker.com/part/tp-link-wireless-network-c...

So yea, i dont really want MINI-ITX, want to later be able to crossfire/SLI...So this mobo would be ideal: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-970ag46

But do whatever you can, thanks.

i dont think the 970 chipset can crossfire/sli very well, i think its limited to one x16 and one x4 or x8, which wouldnt be best, but x8 would probably be fine. x4 is a no-no. for clarification - your budget is 536 with those parts listed or without? and you have a r7 256 and 8gb ram you want to use?

The warnings are just saying you need to update the BIOS once you get your motherboard.
One word of advice though, if this build is supposed to be portable, wouldn't you be better off going with an mATX case?

go with one of those, mine is pretty much exactly the same, just some changes in the brand, so its pointless in posting it. mine was more expensive too (nice job rationale :)  )

Then definitely go with the first build I posted if you pick either of them, it's much higher quality.

rationale is always spot on ! thats a nice rig for the price...i would second that the one with the FX-6300 will serve you well...if you could juice up the budget just a little more to get a r9 270 gpu instead that would be really worth it for gaming, other than that nice one i picked as the best answer..

As far as I know, NZXT doesn't make anything with the model name n200?

Okay, I've changed the motherboard to a version that's otherwise identical, but has a USB 3.0 header (You'll want that eventually).
I've also revised some other parts for a slightly more blue color scheme.
The video card now has some blue parts, and offers a bit better performance than the R7 260x.

Also, this is a link to some other quiet Thermaltake fans with blue LEDs, to increase the blue-ness. They operate at 17dba, which is quiet.
