Your missing a PSU in that list. Other than that, looks good. However, unless your doing a lot of music/video/photo editing or the like, an i7 is really over kill. You could save a bit of cash going with something like an i5 if the toughest thing your gonna be doing with your PC is gaming.

Here is a good PSU for that system.

CX series is okay for PC's that don't take a lot of abuse. The capacitor's in them are not of as high of quality as the upper tier Corsair PSU's (TX, AX)

Many ppl come on here complaining about their gaming PC's crapping out while gaming or doing some intense task, and they seem to always be running a CX series PSU.

I suggest you go with something else with higher quality internals, because the CX series won't cut it here.
