i have overclocked my laptop's GPU by 22% that is its default core clock was 500mhz and now its 620mhz ! ever since i overclocked i couldnt see a temperature raise ! at default it was max 74 degree Celsius and now its same ! i dont have FPS hunger i play bf4 mostly with FPS locked to 40! but m i hurting my gpu? can i judge the overclock with temperature? my bf4 crashes when i increase gpu core above 620 but nothing as long as below 620

No you can't. For instance, my gtx 780 stays under 70C no matter what clock speed I run it at. But If I raise the clock by 500mhz, it's going to crash guaranteed, no matter what the temperature is. A stable overclock can only be determined when you can run successfully without crashing.
