Yeh those temperatures seem about normal. What clock speed are you running i5 4670K at? Any overclock? What voltage?
What about the GTX 780? You can try using software to increase fan speeds to make it run a little cooler.
Really though those temperatures are perfectly fine.

My cpu is at 3.4ghz (not overclocked) and the 780 is factory overclocked to a measly 1006mhz

these temps under load are ok and are considered safe. <95c for the gpu and <75c for the cpu

I dont really overclock anything since im doing basic air cooling

What case do you have? Maybe consider getting a few decent airflow fans?

Unless you plan to overclock the i5 then I wouldn't get the h100i. 65 degrees CPU gaming temps are very respectable.
If you plan on adding more voltage to CPU then additional cooling will definitely be required.

Make sure you have good filtered intakes and at least one top or rear mounted exhaust fan in your case.

phantom 410 is a nice case. 212 evo will suffice for a o/c of 4.2ghz. h100i should be an option if aiming o/c of 4.5ghz and above which also needs a good mobo with good vrm cooling
