Ok, the PSU is a bit more than enough so you'll be good.

You don't have to change really anything except meaby the HDD and the Graphics Card but those will do just fine.

Thanks is the psu enough and i will add another hdd in raid 1 later cant get the 770 its way too much here in india its like 250$ more anyway i will use this just for a year and probably get a more overkill one next year!
