More about liquid cooler intel 4770k ghz gamer oveclocking
  1. if u use ur pc for basic stuf then why i7 that too 4770k
    nyways
stock cooler is sufficient if u r not ocing the processor
  2. Nope, you're fine.

As above, an i7 will be massive overkill if you're not gaming or doing modelling or video work. Get an i3 or Pentium or maybe an AMD APU.
  3. for future reference, intel would not give a cooler that is not enough for normal operations. so unless you oc, it should be fine. it will not be as cool as when using 3rd party cooler, but it wont get damaged or anything
  4. Yeah it will be fine, the only reason I would change it would be if the noise annoyed you.

the stock cooler will be fine if you are not overclocking. However, why on earth are you buying a 4770k for basic, non overclocking stuff? why not get something like the cheaper non k core i5 cpus? they will serve your purpose just as well, but not cost nearly as much. And there is no reason to get a k series if you are not overclocking.
  6. 4770k? Overkill much?
