Should I be worried?

Here's a screenshot on what I found on CPUID, -5V value is going over -13V should I be worried?
I'm a gamer but I don't have any knowledge on overclocking or anything advanced can someone fill me in?

-5V is deprecated and not used on modern systems.

It doesn't matter.

Because it stopped being shipped on PSUs around a decade ago. If you look on the 24-pin ATX connector, you'll notice there's a pin without a wire.

It was used for a feature (think it was ISA slots) that is no longer present on modern boards.

However, most management ICs still have the input, in case they're on a board that's built with legacy converters etc.
