Is it possible to connect my pc with my Xbox one or 360, so my pc can you the extra tech it improve it's performance? If so would I need a specific software?

Is it possible? Sure, why not. Anything is possible. Is there an existing solution? Nope. Better start writing the software yourself.

To my knowledge the only thing you can connect to a console to help it is a USB flash drive/ ext HDD. Wanderer11 said it best, there is software out there for other things on the xbox, but what you are trying to do doesn't exist that i know of.
