Trying to add a third Asus NVidia GeForce GT630 card

Hi just trying to add a third Asus NVidia GeForce GT630 card as I am trying to run 5 monitors.
But in device manager I am getting the Yellow exclamation mark and when I click into it I get "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) ".
Now I have tried all of the GPU's in slot 1 of the 3 PCIe 16 slots and all work fine
by the way all worked ok with just 2 cards and 4 monitors in fact all 3 work when plugged into slots 1,2 & 3 but the bottom slot 3 is pressing quite hard on the PSU so no good for air flow so cant be left like that.
Now I have bought a riser cable to go into PCIe slot 3 so that the card can be mounted vertical which would be fine but this gives me the error above (code 43). I have also ran the GPU using this said cable in slot 1 and it works so am at a loss to find and fix the problem.
All drivers are up to date as is the Bios.
Anyone have any ideas as to fixing this I would much appreciate it.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Hello Mike,

Note that not every Nvidia GPU support 3 / 4-way SLI.

If you take a look at their official supported SLi cards here, you will notice that GTX x60 + support 3-way and GTX x80+ support 4-way SLI.

Well this is strange after I wrote my question I powered down the pc and went out for several hours when I returned I powered up the pc and all 3 graphic card were working with all 5 monitors and the TV on VGA were working fine 6 screen in total.
Ok now all was fine for an hour or so while I was working away then the screen flashed off and when they came back there was a message 'Display driver stopped responding and has recovered display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, version 335.23 stopped responding and has successfully recovered.' Now this has happened several time since plus crashed the pc and needed a press of the power button to switch off and reboot.
I have googled it and tried the 'Fix it' button on the Microsoft page referring to the problem.... So any ideas would be much appreciated.

Just to follow up on this problem I have now purchased another riser cable and it seems to have fixed it. So the moral this story is just because it was a new cable don't assume its ok.
