ssd with windows 7 OEM

Hello everyone,

I want to buy an ssd and move my windows 7 OEM version from my hdd to this ssd. Can I use the OEM disk and install windows 7 on the ssd then delete the one on hdd? since im using the same motherboard, I think i'll keep the product key.

if im wrong, what migration software is the best? and will it delete windows 7 on my hdd or will I have to do that manually?

but how can I delete windows 7 on my hdd? I have a couple of files that I can move to a flash drive. Is formatting the hdd the best solution or do you have a software that deletes only the OS?

Does this mean that I could keep any files on my old hdd, like games, and boot them just the same without having to reformat? Besides taking up space, is that going to be detrimental to have the os installed on both drives?
