unnistall the mouse driver , from device manager , turn off pc, unplug mouse important from pc .
restart pc without mouse plugged, unce you get to windows try what i did plug the again the mouse ... in one of the usb.s that are at the back o if it was there before in a front usb ....
always trying to plug the usb mouse in a different usb hub thats connected to the pc... after all this see if the pc reads the mouse by it self then the mouse sure start working well as mine did ...
for me took me a hole after to find out the only problem was the usb hub thats connected to the pc somehow it locks the driver of the mouse to a chip in the pc once the pc read a error from the mouse is difficult to over write the reading of that sub hub again , so what i did plug it in the back usb hub with a new device reading from the pc . cheers and all luck.
