Hi people of Tom's Hardware, after searching the whole internet for a solution and found nothing, I decided to post here.

Every FPS game I run on Ultra/High/Medium video settings, my game crashes to the desktop, stops responding, and a message in the taskbar says my Nvidia display Driver has stopped responding and has recovered. My temperatures of my CPU and GPU are about 60-65 degrees Celsius, so it can not be an overheating issue. I am currently on driver 334.89, I have done a clean install of windows, no traces of nvidia graphics driver.

My specs are:

Gigabyte GA-Z77M-D3H

Intel Core i5 3570K @ 3.8GHz

Corsair Vengeance 8GB RAM @ 1600MHz

MSI GTX 670 PE Twin Frozr @ 1019MHz factory clocks

Corsair Force 3 120GB SSD

WD Caviar Blue 1TB HDD

Corsair CX600 600W PSU

Samsung SyncMaster S22B300B

I have had this problem for over a year now, since I got my PC, I'm not sure if it is my GPU, but what else can it be. Please I am in urgent need of help, I really want to get this fixed. Let me know if you need any more info :D

I haven't tested my card in another PC, because my friend has a HD 5870 and he can run his games maxed out, and his doesn't crash. So if his 5870 can run games maxed out without crashes, my GTX 670 can run games maxed out also, or what?

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I have tested my 670 in another pc and a 770 in my pc, and both cards worked fine, no crashes, except I got really low FPS with the GTX 770 in my PC. My friend gets 150+ FPS in BF4 on Ultra, and I get 80-90 FPS in BF4 on Ultra with his GTX 770, so maybe its one of my other components causing the issue? I have tested my CPU for several hours with Prime95 and no errors, and my RAM with Memtest86 with no errors... Maybe it is my motherboard or something? Please help me I am desperate for help, I spent $1500 on this PC and I want it to work perfectly.
