Which program used to measure the temperature of the CPU?

HWMonitor shows here in my FX is just 45C º in load and says only use 43W in idle and 55W load, so playing BF 4, Crysis 3 and more ...

And play all normal games and at most, being limited only by the VGA if crysis 3 which is absurd MSAAX8 rs

Outside the crazy oscillations of 9 ~ 25 degree celsius at idle.

once told me that was why he was not using all of the processor, but this is impossible, as a FX-4350 running at 4.2 games in use in over 70% with cooler box (noisy) as the temperature does not increase or consumption? (HWMonitor is not reliable)

Note: My office is weak, 2 cooler only 80cm, but I will buy a scout 2.

Cooler box although noisy, seems to be efficient with their copper pipes. @ _ @

Anyone recommend a reliable program?

Sorry for my english.

Right. When I get home I'll test the speedfan program.

Thanks, but later I will give the result.
