Im new to pc building (never built before) and here are my specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8320
Motherboard: ASRock 970 extreme 3 R2
Ram: Gskill Ripjaws X F3 8GB (2x4gb) ddr3 ram
Powersupply: Corsair CX -600 watt Modular 80+ Power Supply
Harddrive: Seagate Barracuda 1tb Hardrive
Case: Coolermaster K350 Gamer USB 3.0
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GTX 760 2gb
Optical Drive: none dont need one
Ok so now for my problem everything is connected and everything turns on powers up but then after five seconds on powering up the Motherboard starts to beep and then stop then start again and keeps on going over and over, i also cannot get anytype of signal from my graphics card , its fans are spinning, its plugged in, the hdmi cord is plugged into the computer screen and graphics card and still nothing, whilst the motherboard is beeping away
Remember Im a Noob at this
so i did research on this it says to check everything like power to motherboard and then ram, and checked the graphics card ive done this all!!!
all i need to do is to get into my bios so i can just install windows 7 from a usb and get this computer on the road with but its a bloody problem ,
Please Help

I'm thinking either your RAM isn't plugged in fully or it's dead. Try using only one stick of RAM. If that doesn't work, try the other one. Hope this helped!

How many beeps does it do each time, and are they short or long?

Ok so to answer both of your questions the beep usually goes for 5 seconds and its one straight beep then stops for 3 to 4 then repeats,
and for the ram ive tryed putting them individually in so like 1 in then turn it on, then the next slot etc with both modules of ram but still the same occurrence,
this is a new computer and ram how could that even be damaged its like straight from an unopened box
im just wondering if i could maybe show you what i mean in video proof?

Hmm, that doesn't seem to fit the published beep codes for your motherboard. :??:
