For gaming, the hyperthreading on an i7 wont make a huge difference. Looks like a very solid build overall, but if you want to shell out the extra for the i7, it will be a little more future proof and also be good for editing

Is this build just for straight gaming? And if so, what games?

pretty much straight gaming. atm i play minecraft, PoE, and World of tanks, and thief. going to be playing Titanfall and Everquest next/landmark in the future






i got the 2 smaller ssd's for raid 1, i'm set on getting the 600t white i just love the way it looks, the video card i'm not sure about i just went with the newr model evga 3788, and what's the difference bewtween the 760 and 760i power supplies?
