My android tablet keeps on saying "aunthentication unsuccessful"

Hi, I just bought a new Prestigio multipad 7.0 ultra+ tablet which uses android apps. it connects to the open Wi-Fi at school but always pops a "aunthentication unsuccessful" message on the web page which stops me from browsing. what can I do?

Hi,

Their might be a problem with the network, your security settings are wrong or you put in a wrong password.

You might want to forget the network and start it up from scratch.

I guess the open Wi-Fi at school means, it's free of cost, but still needs an authentication.
