Hello guys
I have a very annoying problem with the picture on my HD 7790.

The temperatures on the card are 65 - 70 under load.
The power supply is Seasonic SS-520GB, mobo - 880GA UD3H, CPU - Phenom II X4 955
At first, i thought that the problem is the card and send it to the shop where I bought this video card and they replaced my card with new one - when i test it, i noticed the same problem.
This is happening only when the card is under load.
Any ideas ?
And sorry for my bad english.

Yes, i have the last drivers installed. I hope you see the defect of the picture in the video. No, it's no way to be the monitor. As i said, the problem is happening only when the card is under load. Anyway, i tested other monitors and VGA cables - nothing, the problem still exists.
Edit : When i set the fan on 50-60 % - everything is normal, but on lower RPM - starts to distort the picture.
