Is this good enough PSU to run my GPU?

Hi, I'm wondering if XFX PRO650W can run my R9 280x twin frozr without errors.

Yup should run it without a hitch (unless you are crossfireing, then you would need 750w, but I would get 850 to be safe for 2 cards). Nice PSU choice by the way, great quality.

Plenty. That's a Seasonic-built unit, good for every watt on its label, and then some.

Sure it can handle any single or some dual gpus like asus mars 760. But don't use crossfire with that psu as crossfire requires 750w psus.
