I am planning to buy a GPU "ASUS HD7790-DC2OC-1GD5" and i want to put it in the motherboard "ASUS P8H61-MLX Rv 2". My concern is that this motherboard has an VGA graphics card slot. The question is will this graphics card Slot can support my with my GPU and can give a good performance ? SHOULD I BUY IT?

RIG:
cpu: Intel i3 2100 3.10GHz
psu:250 W
ram: 4gb DDR3

And If i buy this one "SAPPHIRE HD 7770 GHz Edition OC 1GB GDDR5" will my motherboard be able to support it and give a great performance????? And then also should i have to but a new PSU .....or my old one PSU 250w is enough for it ??

Actually we don't recommend running a graphics card on a 250W PSU at all. My old Geforce 210 card was running at reduced capacity on my 250W PSU, and it's like the lowest TDP card ever.
Get a GOOD 500W PSU, and you should be able to run the 7790 just fine.
If you're getting a 7790 which costs around 12500 INR, then I recommend this 660 instead:

However, get this card ONLY IF you're getting a new PSU, and get atleast a 450W.
