Hey guys,

I had an insurance claim on a computer. To receive all of the money, I have to spend minimum 3200-3400. I know this is a lot for a pc. Much more over 1500 is overkill but It is the amount of money I have been awarded for a laptop that was stolen. If you could, please use the link below to build your proposed builds. Thanks.

I am open to ANY suggestions concerning parts. I do have some water cooling parts on hand to. I am however happy just having a water cooling setup since I know squat about overclocking, unless there is an auto overclock I can benefit form

I have a d5 waterpump
a 240mm radiator as listed in link below and push pull fans

I should mention I have Bose speakers and a Asus 27 monitor, keyboard, and mouse, and a copy of windows 8, I prefer it over 7.

Your situation is pretty awesome, I would love to be "forced" to spend +3k on a build. Here are a few video editing\workstation\gaming builds that I put together a while back:

Here is one in particular that I like:

Definitely go for 1440p monitors if you can, 1080p is the norm these days. I have been running a 5760x1080 Eyefinity setup for about 3 years and the extra vertical pixels would be awesome. I would trade out for two 1440p monitors in a second.

Not really sure what I would do if I was told I HAD to spend $3,400 lol, plenty of options for that though, that's overkill money.

Take a look at that. I have added another 1080p monitor, so you can game in ultra high quality at 5760x1080. 2 780 ti's can easily handle that resolution at most games. I have also changed the CPU to a 4930k instead of a 4770k, which is much better.
I must admit, there is a bunch of stuff that is not needed. But because you HAVE to use 3400 or above.. There you go. There is a beast that can chew anything up that you throw at it.
I have changed the link to a more powerful PSU so you can get a 3rd 780ti later if you ever wish to do so.
