New gaming PC under 1000 USD (new builder)

Hello,I am 13 form india and I am planning on building a new PC.
I have done before but its a complete new setup

My max budget is 800 USD up till 1000 the parts I have are 1tb HDD,ssd,

And NVIDIA gtx 650ti 2gb and rest Re to be upgraded

I have seen Razer deathstalker (with switchblade) and Razer ourombous mouse and would like to know if its a right bet at the high price

And also yet my thought build is

Crosair Cx 550v PSU
Bitfendix shinobi window
G sskil ripjaws 2x 4gb (8gb)
Msi g46 motherboard
And fx 4300 processor
Asus odd
And a e bitfendix alchemy green led and green bitfendx fans.
I also saw a few fun controllers ad would like to have it.

The above config seems fare and really really low priced can any body reccomend a better one or at least a new one dumping the keyboard and mice

And aso I WANT cooler master 690 NVIDIA edition or had x NVIDIA edition can anybody reccomend a place to buy... onfline purchase is possible to me

Razer are decent peripherals, expensive but okay quality.
As this is a generally north american-European site, we don't have any recommendations for purchasing as shipping from us to india is expensive, try to find a retailer in your continent.

As for the build, if you have 800 dollars to spend and already have a gpu your happy with, I'd recommend going the intel route instead of amd.

Something along the lines of this:
i5 4670k
ASRock Z87 PRO3
I'd recommend a cx650 psu instead for headroom later
The rest of your build seems decent
