I'm planning on getting this new GPU for my pc.

Will anything bottleneck it?

These are my specs:

CPU : Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200 2.5 GHz

Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L

PSU : PSP-575P2P max output power 405w

OS : Win Xp SP3

RAM : 1,74 gb

I know its old but i'm not getting a new pc for a year or maybe 2.i just need smth temporary for playing not so new games like pes 2014 or assasins creed 2 just for now and maybe use it later in a new pc.
please tell me will there be a problem with my pc and games? will it bottleneck?

Older pre 2012 games you mean. AC4 was released in 2013, along with BF4 and such, and those games are much more demanding of what your system can handle. You should be 'okay' just remember to drop down the graphics levels first to see if ti resolves a issue if you experience a problem, but I wouldn't' say every game will be 1080p / 60FPS / set to ultra with those specs.

I would suggest though that the pricing of computers is very low even now that AMD hasn't challenged INTEL since Haswell came out, and you can score a i3 Haswell SYSTEM (8GB 600GB DVD W8) for around $300 or less, i5 (what you should get) under $400, i7 Lenovos/Acers for only $549!!!

Swap the PSU (say 600W for $90 on PcPickParts.com) if necessary and add a GPU for $149-499 (if you get the MSI 770 OC on PCPickparts for $319 it only needs 300W which is what most systems have inside) and you got a system that is very little money but plays every game on High to Ultra depending which Card + Core you couple together, 1080P 60+FPS
