I received a GTX 660 Ti as a present from a friend. It rubbed against my wlan card, producing a spark. When I tried to turn the computer on, the GPU didn't work. I tried it on another computer and it still didn't work. On GPU-Z, the Bios section is blank and the GPU registers at 0 MHz. The fans spin up and it seems to heat up, but it doesn't seem to work. Please help. Thanks!
