I have an 8320 and 760 but still I get lowest fps as below 25 and highest as above 70. Why ? The second problem is my gamepad is not working in it. I run my gamepad on pther games. Even though my gamepad is cheap and I am going to get a Microsoft edition but till then I can't adjust with the crappy control configuration of GTA IV controls.
