Okay so i built this PC
i have this MOBO - http://www.amazon.com/M5A99FX-PRO-R2-0-990FX-Motherboard/dp/B008B6ONXK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1396034260&sr=8-1&keywords=asus+m5a99fx+pro+r2.0
This GPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131457
My CPU is - AMD FX -8120 3.1 Ghz
I have a 700W power supply
RAMs are normal Kingston 1066mhz 8GB
Antec 920 Liquid cooling system
Case - Azza genesis 9000 - http://www.amazon.com/Azza-Genesis-9000W-Tower-CSAZ-9000W/dp/B0086WBM9M/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1396034784&sr=8-3&keywords=azza+genesis+9000

So now the problem is ill give example of a game : Call of Duty 4 ... my friend got a lower bench CPU and GPU and he gets 1000 fps in the game ... but i dont get even with this .... I dont know if this is bottlenech or what?

Another thing i did was i used 1920x1080 resolution ... and with that i got 800 fps and then i tried to lower resolution to 640X480 and the fps were same .. while i think they were supposed to increase.

After hearing from some people that its a CPU Bottle neck so i OC my 8120 to 4.1 without any Voltage inscrease it seems to be stable i tried to increase voltage and clokcs but i failed because this was my first time OC ... so i OC it so 4.1 Ghz but its still the same probably an increase of 50 fps i think ...

Lately ive been thinking of Buying new ram and new CPU ... but i wanna make sure first if i buy a FX 8350 .. will it fix the problem and i wont get bottlenexk anymore?

I also asked from people that could this be a RAM bottlenecks and i didnt get any open answers so im confused ...

I need help from you guys to figure out the problems >.. i have latest GPU drivers installed and all that.... Any more Question you can ask me ill comment...

Also if someone think its because of low PSU ... cuz 1 person told me your GPU might not be getting enough power ... but my case is sick it can hold up to 2 PSU the same time so if thats the problem ill buy another power supply.

Hes not lying about his fps because there is something you can do with 1000 fps which he can do it .... also my PSU name is : XTREME GEAR XG-H700 ... i also have tried his CFG settings ...

First of all your PSU is trash. LOW quality, and it should be replaced before it fries your computer. Antec, XFX, Corsair Seasonic only.

Secondly, the human eye cannot see anything over 120fps or so, so there is no difference between 800 and 1000. It is not physically possible.

Is it really the PSU? And also I don't care about the 1000fps but I'm concerned why my PC not putting the performance is supposed to ... Because logically I should get 1000 stable ... And there I a type of movement you can do with 1000 fps n that game .....

Also if this is the case I's this PSU good : http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00EB7UIZU/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1396098439&sr=8-1&pi=SX200_QL40

In the description I see ready for Intel .... Will this work with and too? My mobo?

But I need more replies yet because I want to figure out this problem .. Ty

You WI LL NEVER need 1000w or anything close to it. 650w is WAY more than plenty for your system. Get that Seasonic posted earlier.

A 1000w unit will run WAY less efficiently because you will run it so low. It will wear the PSU faster and the components are more likely to receive out of spec voltages. Get a proper PSU. ALWAYS.

The 8350 is good yes. Decently better than your CPU. Wanting to go from 800 to 1000fps is pointless though. Your hardware is performing perfectly normally.
