Hello people i really need a help for my computer, when i use my Computer i mean Using GPU and CPU my fps brings to 9-10 and never come back! i just uploaded a Picture from using my PC by OCCT Software. look at them and then help me plz its not overheated and no Dust! i cleaned it i just took those [removed] dust from it and still have the problem pleas help me! you can see my PC Info in Pics! such as my CPU and Motherboard but not my GPU , my GPU is : Nvidia Geforce 9500 GT

I am not sure what you mean but I couldn't download that without B.S.
I suggest using something like postimg but if you really need to upload a .rar then
use something that works like http://www.filedropper.com/

What does the GPU clock speed look like when this happens? Does it drop down really low or does it stay at a usual frequency?

I got to see the charts, effectively your temps aren't an issue, they're pretty much in the safe zone.

What I wonder is if that fps drop you mention (below 10) is something you're experiencing in games? or just in the OCCT test?

in Games all of my games im really Afraid after 5mins playing fps brings to 10-15 and never come back Such as dota 2 low Setting and other games payday 2 on LOW SETTING im really afraid yesterday begins this problem

If I understood correctly the charts info, you only have 1GB of RAM, if it gets saturated then all the info will go into the virtual memory (HDD) which is much slower than RAM, that could easily cause the fps drop you're experiencing, (chart shows you're using 900MB of your 1024MB so essentially your RAM is being saturated).

If this problem began recently, you might have some new software that is consuming just enough RAM to cause the problem, try closing any program and service you don't need in order to play, you could use razer game booster or another similar program to achieve this.

If VRAM really is the problem, try turning the windows Aero theme off, I believe that takes up roughly 150-200MB.
