With Intel Core I5-4670k and Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600Mhz LP
Will it be able to edit videos similar to something like this:

I want to do alot of extreme HD editing, but I'm not sure if it will work well with those.. I heard it's best to do it for I7-4770k and 16GB RAM, but that is too overpriced for my desired build..

You'll be able to edit anything as you see fit. An i7 and 16GB of RAM will just speed up the process of your video editing, not the editing itself.

you could get an fx 8350 and 16gig ram, the extra cores allthough not as good quility as the i5 will make a good differance. the i5 should be alright for it though

More CPU cores and more RAM mean that you will be able to render (make) movies quicker. What you've got will be OK. I got 6 cores and 16GB memory to help rendering along. If the editor make use of hardware acceleration, good Graphics cards can also help to speed up the process.
