My computer keeps rebooting before it gets to the welcome screen. Its a windows xp and i need help :-(

Hi there, first try disconnecting everything inside the computer (Fans (Not cpu fan), hard drives, cd drives e.t.c) and try to boot then, if it is successful try plugging in on device at a time to see which device is the culprit thanks!
