I got the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. I also bought a few Cooler Master 120mm fans help with the air flow and to keep my case and CPU cool. One those fans I will be putting on the other side of the CM Hyper 212( since the it only comes with one fan.) It will be push and pull setup.
My issue, if it is an issue, is that the extra 120mm fan has air flow up to 90 CFM while the Hyper 212's fan has air flow up to 82 CFM. Will the difference in CFM effect the other fan? I also would like to know which of the fans should be doing the pushing and which one should be doing the pulling.

My set up will have two of the CM 120mm fans blowing air into the case from the front of the case. They are plugged into the power supply via the molex connectors. Is it a good idea to do like that( will they spin at max RPMs) or should i get a "Y' adapter and plug them into the extra chassis mother board 4 pin plug? One on the bottom ( its purpose is for cooling the hard drives but I have a SSD so it doesn't need cooling. It does provide cool air for my video card and its fan and any air the CPU fan can suck in) The other one is in the empty 5 inch drive bays (with a Triple Bay 120mm fan mount) on top, which in turn gives the CPU fan cool air to push through the heatsink and the other fan on the other side of the heatsink pulls that air and pushes it towards the 120mm fan at the back of the case which then pushes the warm air out the backof the case. The stock fan that came with the Hyper 212 is plugged into the CPU fan 4 pin plug on the mother board and the other CPU fan and the rear case fan are plugged into the chassis 4 pin (the fans only have 3 pins) plug on the mother board.

8 CFM is not going to make much difference in a push/pull setup going through a heat sink.

Let the EVO's original fan to push and the other one you mounted to pull. I guess the one you put on the other side is also an airflow designed fan since it has a higher CFM and i'm sure it has lower max. speed than the EVO's original fan. The airflow designed fans are not good for static pressure which is the case for the EVO's pushing fan.

2 fans on a 212 EVO (push+pull) gives at most 1 or 2 C better cooling for the CPU. Maybe.
