Yes u heard it right. To be specific I want gta4 campaign game to be lagged in PC. How can I do this without being detected? I have gtx560 , is there a way to make it perform only 50% its capability?

Interesting. I don't think you can underclock it THAT much. Maybe theres a way to limit gta fps? If you could set it to 15-20 FPS that would be pretty horrible.

Yes underclocking didn't work. Any idea about nvidia inspector, I think it can do that but not sure how to use it.

Ever thought about crippling the processor in the power settings.

Start -> Control Panel -> Power Options (Small/Large Icons) -> Change Plan Settings (Click link next to selected power scheme) -> Change Advanced Power Settings -> Scroll down and expand "Processor Power Management" -> Change "Maximum processor state" and apply

This would slow the whole computer down, not just the game.
