Im assuming you want to know what the CPU does and how? It is the central hub for the PCs processing. By using power (volts and watts) it cycles between 1 and 0, an algorithm that allows it to process data. Each core of a CPU functions as another CPU entirely, capable of working on its own tasks, yet linked to the others. The data from the GPU has to pass through the CPU, and the CPU passes data to and from the RAM.
