Hey guys I was wondering if the AMD Athlon X4 750k processor and Gigabyte GA-F2A75M-HD2 motherboard compatible?

Yes, the Athlon X4 750K will work on an FM2 and FM2+ MB. And with that MB, it supports it from the F2 BIOS forward: http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=4393
